As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing your own client base. To expand our team, we are looking for a Sales Specialist either Croatian or Polish speaking in Gdansk (Poland) or working remotely from Poland starting immediately.

Your Role in our team

  • No cold calling! You advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline.
  • You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies.
  • You independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment.
  • You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist.
  • You provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers.
  • You collaborate closely with our international teams.
  • To continuously improve internal processes and customer experience, you provide constructive feedback based on your experiences.

Your Profile

  • You have initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care.
  • You enjoy making phone calls, and with your friendly demeanor, you easily convince caregivers to join marta.
  • You are known for your personable, open, and communicative personality.
  • You have a winner’s mentality: You are ready to learn quickly, push things forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team.
  • You speak either Croatian or Polish fluently (C2) and either good English or German (>B2)
  • Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage.
