Dynamic Dedicated is a safety-focused OTR carrier offering consistent miles, competitive pay, and predictable home time for professional Class A drivers.
Position Highlights:
  • $1,600 - $1,900/per week
  • $0.60 CPM starting pay + $0.03 CPM monthly safety bonus
  • 2,500-3,000average miles per week
  • Weekly pay with additional paid extras

Home Time:
  • Kansas City and Lawrence area drivers: weekly home time
  • Outside KC metro: home every 2-3 weeks
  • Take the truck home when safe parking is available

Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 24 years of age
  • Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 years held
  • Must be actively driving or coming directly from a driving position
  • Valid DOT physical with at least 6 months remaining
  • Must pass a DOT urine drug screen and comply with random testing
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English per FMCSA requirements
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 DOT-recordable accidents, incidents, or moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No major moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No felony convictions within the past 10 years
  • DUI/DWI limited to one offense and must be 10+ years old
