What We're Looking For

  • Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
  • Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle."
  • Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Tampa-area service territory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven — you thrive in a high-accountability environment
