The full Pay Range is $75,300.00 - $140,100.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. You will directly support compliance activities across the Member and Digital Experience (MDX) portfolio, helping ensure products, services, communications, and operations meet regulatory expectations. Your work will help close gaps in an evolving compliance environment while building sustainable processes that protect the Credit Union and its members.
