About JetBlue

JetBlue was founded with one belief: that a little humanity goes a long way in air travel. Today, that belief has grown into a fleet of over 280 aircraft, more than 100 destinations, and a workforce of passionate crew members who live that mission every day. We understand that great support agents are built, not just hired — which is why JetBlue's remote onboarding includes fully paid, structured training that prepares you for success from day one, regardless of your background in the airline industry.
