Part-Time Personal Assistant

We are a financial consulting firm looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day backend operations and administrative tasks.

This is a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexible working arrangements. There is potential to increase hours or transition to a full-time position based on performance. Students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars and schedule appointments

Make follow-up calls to existing contacts (no selling required)

Conduct outreach calls to schedule appointments

Update and maintain tracking sheets and client lists

Assist with basic documentation and data entry

Prepare mailing labels and coordinate gift dispatch

Create simple PDFs and process guides

Design basic event or announcement cards using Canva

Keep task lists organized and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable making phone calls

Responsive and able to communicate clearly

Able to work independently without close supervision

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

Proficient in Canva

Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools to improve efficiency

Responsible when handling personal information

Own laptop and stable internet connection

Compensation & Work Arrangement

$12–16 per hour

20 hours per week

Fully remote with flexible schedule

Performance-based increase in hours and pay possible
