Job Summary

We are actively hiring for the position of Warehouse Associate - Stower. In this critical inbound role, you will be the first point of contact for new inventory entering the facility. You will work directly alongside advanced robotic pods and intelligent scanner technology to find the perfect home for incoming merchandise. This is a highly active, physically engaging warehouse job designed for individuals who thrive in a structured, target-driven environment.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

  • Inventory Integration: Receive totes of inbound merchandise and expertly stow them into automated, multi-level robotic shelving units, maximizing space efficiency.
  • Technological Operations: Utilize sophisticated handheld RF scanners and touch-screen monitors to track inventory placement with 100% accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rapid visual inspections of incoming goods, identifying and reporting damaged or mislabeled products before they enter the active picking ecosystem.
  • Safety Adherence: Maintain a pristine workspace. Strictly follow all OSHA and internal safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of protective footwear and ergonomic lifting techniques.
