We achieve this in partnership with a diverse, fun team spanning Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Security & Compliance.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>YOUR MISSION</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the DACH region, you’ll serve as a trusted technical partner for prospective and existing enterprise customers. Customers in this region are sophisticated buyers with structured purchasing processes and a multitude of security and compliance requirements. You’ll lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders focused on business value, craft best‑practice solutions, and guide customers through technical, security, integration, and compliance considerations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is ideal for someone with deep SaaS sales experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously while working with teammates around the globe. You’ll be a reliable source of knowledge for customers and colleagues alike, helping enterprise teams adopt and scale Mural in ways that are secure, practical, and built for how they actually work.<em><br></em></p><h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cultivate a deep understanding of our products to effectively tackle the unique and varied issues our customers may encounter.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with Account Executives to perform business value oriented discovery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase business value and outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Establish deep and trusting relationships with crucial stakeholders (including senior leaders) at the customer's organization, particularly in IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Compliance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Security & Compliance, Product Management, Engineering, and Legal to respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>    WHAT YOU'LL BRING</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">7 years of experience in solutions/sales engineering and technical implementation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working primarily within Central European Time (CET) and traveling occasionally within EMEA for key customer engagements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Fluent (C1/C2 or native-level) German and professional-level English</strong>, with the ability to confidently lead discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and manage technical, security, and compliance discussions in both languages.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing technical documentation, RFP responses, and security questionnaires.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep understanding of how SaaS products are designed, built, and implemented, with experience advising customers on integrations and RESTful APIs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and other data protection standards, and systems related to user lifecycle management, data retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and monitoring.</p></li></ul><h3>Equal Opportunity </h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
