The ideal candidate is passionate about producing high-quality creative work while managing a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. They thrive on balancing competing priorities, coaching team members, improving workflows, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.<br></p> <p>As the Multimedia Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing production queues, identifying process improvements, and helping scale creative operations as the company continues to grow.<br></p> <p>This position primarily supports real estate professionals across the United States, making experience with marketing, branding, social media content, and real estate-related creative assets a significant advantage.<br></p> <h2>Key Responsibilities<br></h2> <h3>Leadership & Team Development<br></h3> <ul> <li><p>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of video editors and graphic designers.<br></p></li> <li><p>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and creativity.<br></p></li> <li><p>Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.<br></p></li> <li><p>Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training, and development of new creative team members.<br></p></li> <li><p>Help establish performance
