In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide range of creative projects—supporting brand campaigns, digital experiences, events, and social media with compelling, on-brand motion content. You'll be part of a collaborative global team focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative that aligns with business goals.</p> <h2>What you will do</h2> <ul> <li>Implement our brand’s visual identity and design system across a wide range of motion and video content.</li> <li>Create engaging motion graphics and animations for brand campaigns, social media, logo animations, digital and live events, environmental design, and more.</li> <li>Produce creative videos for marketing, customer stories, product highlights, social media, and event-related content.</li> <li>Work with music libraries, sound design, and post-production elements to deliver polished, professional video assets.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools for applications such as voice-over content and workflow enhancements.</li> <li>Contribute to creative development, including design for campaigns, logos, branding, and marketing collateral.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the global creative team to ensure all assets align with campaign objectives and brand standards.</li> <li>Ability to conceptualize and execute an end to end visual story.</li> </ul> <h2>What makes you an ideal candidate</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of relevant experience in motion graphics and graphic design.</li> <li>Must have an online portfolio to be considered.</li> <li>High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Cinema 4D or 3D motion skills are a plus.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Familiarity with social media platforms and how to tailor content for specific audiences is a plus.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, iterative environment.</li> <li>Ability to work USA West Coast hours.</li> </ul> <h2>What we offer</h2> <p>Our employee benefits including flexible workplace policies, employee resource groups, learning and development resources, career progression pathways, and community engagement initiatives are some of the reasons why we have had great success in bringing in new talent.
