What You'll Be Helping Achieve RPA is seeking a Media Strategy Supervisor to join our growing media team, supporting integrated planning efforts across the Honda and Acura accounts. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role with a strong focus on digital and direct I/O campaigns, where you’ll help shape thoughtful media strategies and turn them into real, measurable results. You’ll partner closely with clients to deliver clear recommendations, lead conversations with confidence, and provide sound strategic guidance. You’ll also play an important role in mentoring teammates and supporting the continued integration and evolution of our Client Orchestration team. What You’ll Be Working On Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 3–5 media strategists Setting direction for media strategies by defining the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How Developing and presenting client ready media plans and recommendations Overseeing campaign execution, stewardship, billing, reporting, and media records Serving as a day to day, client facing leader across meetings and ongoing communications Partnering closely with internal analytics, investment, and cross functional teams for client facing deliverables Manage external partner communications to stay abreast of industry trends and overall campaign management needs How You’ll Excel In Your Role Bringing strong media fundamentals, organization, and strategic thinking to fast moving accounts Demonstrating accountability and ownership for both team output and client results Staying adaptable and calm while managing change, shifting priorities, and complex accounts Leading with curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset Exhibit proficiency in a range of media-related tools, including Omni, planning tools such as Media Tools, 3rd party research platforms such as Media Radar Compensation The salary range for this exempt role is up to $100,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. Compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and competitively, with a focus on fairness, internal equity, and market alignment. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for RPA’s full benefits package and growth opportunities within the agency.
