Overview:</span></span></span><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p> <p>Luminate Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fintech Program Manager to support the growth and evolution of its Sponsor Banking platform.  This role will be responsible for onboarding and managing fintech partners while helping design, build, and scale best-in-class sponsor bank programs.  The Fintech Program Manager will serve as a critical liaison between fintech partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring that programs are launched efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with the bank’s risk framework and strategic objectives.  This individual will play a key role in shaping program structure, driving execution, and enhancing Luminate’s capabilities in the embedded finance ecosystem.</p> end to end onboarding process for new fintech partners, including due diligence, documentation, and internal approvals.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for fintech partners and senior technology.</li> <li>Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in fintech partnerships.</li> <li>Strong understanding of banking operations and digital payments.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage complex, cross functional projects</li> <li>Experience with fintech program onboarding, product development or partner integration</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship
