This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of data accuracy within customer master data management and onboarding workflows.</p></div><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Data Auditing & Validation</b>: Audit and validate all SAP customer master fields for onboarding records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.</p></li><li><p><b>Advanced Documentation Analysis</b>: Lead the analysis of customer-submitted documents to extract and interpret essential data elements, determining setup parameters that align with customer needs.</p></li><li><p><b>Quality Assurance Champion</b>: Conduct meticulous quality checks to safeguard data integrity, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving discrepancies or errors to ensure all data is complete and reliable.</p></li><li><p><b>Data Integrity Maintenance</b>: Identify and correct discrepancies in customer master data, ensuring high-quality standards for data accuracy and integrity.</p></li><li><p><b>Collaboration</b>: Partner closely with cross functional teams, sales and Customer Engagement Managers to clarify data requirements and resolve any issues related to data input.</p></li><li><p><b>Data Management</b>: Organize and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with company policies, ensuring data is structured and readily accessible for future analysis.</p></li><li><p><b>SAP Expertise</b>: Utilize advanced SAP skills to input, validate, and maintain customer master data and support onboarding processes.</p></li><li><p><b>MLT Creation</b>: Create Master Load Templates (MLTs) based on customer input gathered through document collection processes, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p><b>Documentation Management</b>: Review and analyze customer documentation to determine load parameters.</p></li><li><p><b>Threshold Credit Setup</b>: Assess and determines credit parameters for new accounts under a specified threshold, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p><b>Existing Account Adjustments</b>: Review, analyze, and update credit parameters based on existing accounts.</p></li><li><p><b>Account Readiness</b>: Finalize the setup of customer accounts in SAP, ensuring all to priority and quality standards.</p></li><li><p><b>Error Identification and Resolution</b>: Identify and escalate data discrepancies or incomplete information to Data Quality Specialists for resolution, ensuring timely corrections.</p></li><li><p><b>Data Updates</b>: Perform updates to customer master records as needed, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.</p></li></ul><p
