Job Description: This position is within Specialized Industries’ universal banking client coverage/origination for Regions Securities LLC and Regions Bank. The Specialized Industries Banker is a revenue-producing client coverage/origination senior banker operating within a dedicated industry sector. The primary responsibility of the Banker is originating leadership roles in loan syndications, capital markets and financial advisory transactions through demonstrated industry expertise.  Additionally, the Banker is expected to cross-sell all of the firm’s products and services through effective partnership with key product, credit and/or corporate and commercial banking geography partners. As the senior client manager and advisor, the Specialized Industries Banker ensures that the client/deal team institutionalizes new relationships, delivers thoughtful and appropriate client solutions and optimizes client fee and revenue opportunities for Regions Securities LLC and Regions Bank. Incumbents are expected have the Series 79 & 63 licenses or be able to obtain them within six months of employment. Primary Responsibilities Generates strong revenue production over a sustained period of time Effectively monetizes client relationships Leverages contacts and deal experience to identify opportunities for Regions Securities LLC and Regions Bank Advises clients at the CEO/CFO/Private Equity Group Partner level on strategic and financial alternatives Manages transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including deal structure, financial modeling, internal approval/compliance processes and documentation Manages and grows universal banking business, leveraging capital markets and advisory partners Sets expectations for tone and culture of the group by utilizing strong leadership skills This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements Ten (10) years of corporate and universal banking experience in the Not for Profit Healthcare and Medical Office Building sector Six (6) years of supervisory/leadership experience (including deal team leadership) Skills and Competencies Demonstrated positive management/leadership skills and principles Developed network of client contacts Experience developing others as a manager, mentor, and idea leader Extensive industry and capital markets/advisory product knowledge Prior corporate lending experience Proven ability to lead by example and effectively manage a deal team Proven ability to originate, execute, and close capital markets transactions and advisory engagements Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $263,432.98 USD Median: $328,219.50 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
