The LATAM Marketing team plays a key role in ensuring the success of Givenchy and Kenzo across the 17 Export Americas markets where products are sold through agents. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager Export Americas, the Assistant Marketing Manager serves as a key operational partner, supporting the full scope of marketing activities across the region, from launch planning and trade marketing execution to performance reporting and cross-functional coordination. This role is the primary liaison with the HQ MOP team in France, ensuring proper tools deployment, POSM coordination and campaign execution across markets. It also involves close collaboration with Brand Managers to adapt and execute 360° marketing plans in line with global brand guidelines, regional A&P budgets and sell-out objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented and analytically driven professional, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution and brand consistency.

Operational Marketing

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in coordinating with the HQ MOP team in France on operational marketing topics, including launch plans and forecast challenges.
  •  Lead and coordinate the monthly forecast request process for all the markets in the region with Brand Managers, Finance, Commercial teams and HQ MOP team
  • Track POSM levels and needs across markets, ensuring alignment with local contractual commitments and HQ guidelines.
  • Support R1/R2 budget revisions (ITO per line, marketing plans and orchestrations, sell out forecast per market)
  • Support the training of Brand Managers and Marketing Coordinators on internal processes and tools.

Marketing Plan Execution & Trade Marketing

  • Monitor the implementation of marketing plans across markets in line with approved A&P budgets, conducting regular follow-ups with Brand Managers to ensure timely and effective execution and acting as liaison between local markets and HQ to align executions with global brand standards.
  • Validate trade marketing activations, Pop Ups, International Makeup Artist events, OOH campaigns to ensure compliance with corporate and regional marketing guidelines.
  • Monitor sell-out performance per activation to assess ROI and identify optimization opportunities.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Consolidate regional marketing reports including execution photos, sell-out results, Circana rankings, ROI, distributor feedback, qualitative and quantitative insights and competition data.
  • Prepare monthly sell-out analysis across all Export markets, tracking performance vs. targets, launch benchmarks and prior year comparables.
  • Present marketing plans and performance metrics to diverse audiences, contributing to presentation preparation
  • Support the presentation of annual innovation plans to retailers, preparing materials and coordinating logistics in close alignment with the Senior Marketing Manager.

Events & Brand Moments:

  • Support the planning and execution of key brand moments and marketing events throughout the year, including the Annual Paris Marketing Convention, Brand Managers Seminar, BC Seminar and 3 internal product launch events per year.
  • Manage the creation of new suppliers and process purchase orders (POs) related to marketing events.

•BBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
•3+ years of experience in marketing preferably in the luxury industry.
•Fluency in Spanish and English, French is a plus
•Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and able to create impactful presentations (Canva and CapCut highly preferred)
•Passion, curiosity & interest for beauty and luxury industry
•Excellent communication, presentation & public speaking skills both verbal and written to “non experts”
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and often changing environment with little supervision
•Problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Strong organization & time management skills and able to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize accordingly.
•Strong analytical skills and drive for results
