Zoho Expert - Jewelry Business Migration & Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Expert to migrate our jewelry company's core operations—including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations—to Zoho One. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System migration: Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Zoho CRM & Books Management: Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Integration & Automation: Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  • Process Optimization: Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Security & User Management: Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.

Qualifications and skills include:

Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator). Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).

Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).

Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands.
