The largest responsibility as a Chick-fil-A Team Member is providing an experience for our guests that goes above and beyond their expectations. This involves providing excellent customer service with a warm welcome and fond farewell and serving great food. Competitive pay: Full-time starts at $14.00 per hour but may earn up to $15.00 per hour. Part-time starts at $12.00 per hour but may earn up to $13.50 per hour! Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary Applicants may be considered for one or both of the following positions, at the discretion of the Hiring Manager, described below: Front Counter and Drive Thru Team Member Responsibilities: • Maintenance of restaurant parking lot, outside trash receptacles, restrooms, kids playground, dining room, and front counter and drive-thru area. • Receive payments from guests outside in the drive thru or inside at the front counter or drive thru window in the form of credit, cash, or check. Must be comfortable with handling all forms of payments, especially cash. • Receive and take guests orders outside in the drive-thru outside or inside at the front counter. • Interact with guests dining in or carrying out by checking on the status of their order, offering them refreshments and any other accommodations they may need. • Bag orders that come through mobile destinations via Front Counter and Drive Thru (e.g. DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, and the Chick-fil-A One app). • Prepare guests beverages and dessert items that come through via Front Counter and Drive Thru. • Deliver orders outside to guests in the drive-thru or curbside area. • Deliver orders inside to guests carrying out or dining in and mobile options are available for both destinations. • Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards in regards to food preparation, handling and/ delivery. • Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards in regards to customer service delivered to guests. Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities: • Maintenance of restaurant parking lot, outside trash receptacles, dishwashing area, cooler and freezer, thaw cabinets, bread table, and grill and other equipment used for cooking and preparing food. • Follow first-in, first-out rotation and other food safety measures such as date labeling, temperature checks, and more. • Food prep that involves handling raw chicken and cooked product for both breakfast and lunch. • Work machinery that involves handling hot grease or working around hot surfaces. • Follow specific cook procedures for items such as the biscuits, grilled and fried filets, mac and cheese, and more. • Filet and coat raw chicken and hand off to machinists to load and cook on the grill or pressure fryers. • Handle the machines that the raw product is cooked in and transfer them to the line for assembly once cook time is done. • Drop multiple basket of fries and load them into the fry shoot for front counter and drive thru team members. • Assemble sandwiches and other special orde
