<h2>This Opportunity</h2><p>WSP is currently initiating a search for a <strong>Web Developer (Mid to Senior Level)</strong> to join our Visual Studios Interactive Department within Advanced Complimentary Services. The candidate selected for this position may work remotely full‑time at a location other than a WSP‑designated office or job site. This role is ideal for a developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming to create innovative, high‑impact interactive services and solutions.</p><p>In this role, you will take responsibility for the full lifecycle of web applications, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance. You will work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into performant, user‑centered web applications, helping define both how applications look and how they work.</p><p>You 0.25in;">Design and develop modern web applications from UI/UX design wireframes and mockups</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Translate graphical designs and functional requirements into performant, scalable web applications</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Develop web applications that function consistently across platforms and browsers</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Integrate Geospatial Information Systems directly related to web development</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Strong experience supporting and maintaining production web applications relied upon by users</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Hands on experience interfacing programmatically with APIs such as Google Maps or other mapping platforms</p></li><li><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">Strong understanding of JavaScript and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)</p></li><li><p style="margin-left:
