Responsibilities

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the involvement and escalation of internal resources, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customers expectations.
  • Communicating customer concerns, challenges and the interaction of different processes within their organization.
  • Proactively lead document planning process that develops performance objectives, KPI's, financial targets, and critical milestones for the duration of each customer contract.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer, ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout the entire transaction process.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of both your time and your team’s resources.
  • Enthusiastically represent Orleans Toyota technology and solutions.
