You will work US business hours from India, assist employees with travel bookings and expense management, and serve as their first point of contact for travel queries. Operating primarily within the Concur and Coupa platforms, you will handle T&E card administration and ensure compliance with Precisely's travel policy. This is a hands-on operational role within a collaborative shared services team focused on delivering an excellent traveler experience. </p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist employees with travel bookings and itinerary support </li> <li>Process and review T&E expense reports for policy compliance and accuracy</li> <li>Administer the corporate T&E card program, including tracking active cards and supporting card holders</li> <li>Respond to employee travel queries and resolve booking or expense issues in a timely manner</li> <li>Coordinate travel pre-approvals and ensure compliance with Precisely's travel policy</li> <li>Maintain accurate travel and expense records to support reporting and audit requirements</li> <li>Generate regular travel and expense reports for the Senior Manager, Travel</li> <li>Support supplier invoice reconciliation in coordination with Accounts Payable</li> <li>Help communicate travel policy updates and guidance to employees across the region</li> <li>Assist with travel-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or related field (equivalent work experience accepted) </li> <li>Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate travel, expense administration, or a shared services environment </li> <li>Experience with a travel management or expense platform (Concur or similar preferred) </li> <li>Prior experience in software industry is must for this role</li> <li style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Ability and willingness to work US business hours (shift-based from India) is a mandatory requirement for this role</em></span></strong></li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience handling T&E card administration</li> <li>Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement/expense systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI Skills/Knowledge:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to draft employee communications and highlight expense anomalies </li> <li>Open to adopting new AI capabilities to improve travel administration efficiency </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-KM1</p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>The personal data that you provide as a part of this job application will be handled in accordance with relevant laws.
