Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, documenting, and analyzing requirements, documenting, and maintaining business processes, and working closely with analysts, developers, and business partners to implement changes and resolve issues. This level is responsible for resolving the less complex business and technical issues that are turned over from level I support. The Systems Analyst I is learning techniques and tools for analyzing and resolving business problems with technology, with an emphasis on business processes enhancements and requirements gathering.<br><br>The focus of the Systems Analyst is beginning to learn the applications that support our business users and is being introduced to their business processes.</p><p></p><p><b>We are looking for Job Posting Title Systems Analyst I Engineer</b> <b>who will: </b></p><ul><li>You will participate in upgrading and implementing new applications, and in satisfying enhancement requests; collaborating with business users where required.</li><li>You will support and resolve incidents logged by customers.</li><li>You will configure the applications according to business requirements.</li><li>You will be involved in documentation</li><li>You will facilitate and support unit and business acceptance testing.</li><li>You will be regular and reliable attendance is required.</li><li>You will Incumbent is accountable for professional working behavior to include - building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG's core competencies and values.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:</b></p><ul><li><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Associates/bachelor's</span> degree with a concentration in (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">education/experience.</span></li><li>1+ years of experience in ERP System / Application Support.</li><li>Analytical with strong business sense.</li><li>Highly organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Flexibility, adaptability, and an eager self-starter.</li><li>Ability to use a personal computer.
