Position Overview

The Store Manager (Esthetician Focus) is responsible for leading daily operations, driving sales performance, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional client experiences — all while leading by example.

This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare, team development, client relationships, and growing a successful business.

ResponsibilitiesLeadership + Operations
  • Lead and inspire the team through a positive, hands-on leadership style

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming studio environment

  • Drive performance metrics including:

    • Service revenue

    • Retail sales

    • Rebooking percentage

    • Average ticket

    • Client retention

  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and team development

  • Create and manage staff schedules to support business needs

  • Maintain inventory levels and operational standards

  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and team development

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements

Financial Performance
  • Partner with ownership to achieve sales goals and profitability targets

  • Monitor studio performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business growth initiatives

Client Experience
  • Ensure every client receives a luxury-level experience

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and the local community

Training + Service Excellence
  • Perform services and lead by example in treatment rooms

  • Coach and mentor estheticians to improve confidence, performance, and productivity

  • Support ongoing technical education and product knowledge training

  • Conduct interviews and identify top talent for studio growth

Marketing + Community Engagement
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives and studio events

  • Support social media efforts and community partnerships

  • Help build excitement and awareness for the new Bradley Fair location

Qualifications
  • Active Esthetics License required

  • 1+ year of leadership or salon/spa management experience preferred

  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Nights and weekends required

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried leadership position with a starting salary of $55,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Total compensation is tied to studio growth, sales performance, and team success.
