This role is critical to supporting mission-focused programs across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the cleared marketplace and a proven ability to build relationships with highly sought-after technical and intelligence professionals. </p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Source candidates with active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearances for technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, and mission support positions. </li><li>Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans utilizing networking, referrals, social media platforms, databases, professional associations, and recruiting tools. </li><li>Build and maintain pipelines of qualified cleared candidates to support current and future hiring requirements. </li><li>Partner closely with talent acquisition manager to understand position requirements, technical skill sets, and program priorities. </li><li>Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, clearance status, career goals, and compensation expectations. </li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems. </li><li>Attend industry events, cleared career fairs, and networking opportunities to expand Solerity's talent network. </li><li>Provide exceptional candidate experiences while representing Solerity's brand and values. </li><li>Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership. </li><li>Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and Intelligence Community hiring practices. </li><li>Additional duties may be assigned. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience supporting government contracting, defense, or Intelligence Community programs. </li><li>Demonstrated experience recruiting candidates with active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearances. </li><li>Strong knowledge of the Intelligence Community cleared hiring environment. </li><li>Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and advanced sourcing techniques. </li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>BENEFITS YOU'LL ENJOY:</strong></p><ol><li>Medical, dental and vision coverage</li><li>Health Savings Accounts Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care</li><li>Flexible work schedule to include onsite, hybrid or remote</li><li>401(k) and company-funded life insurance</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Tuition and training assistance</li><li>Financial rewards for employee referrals</li><li>Pet insurance</li></ol><p><strong>DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION:</strong></p><p>Solerity is committed to building an inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diversity of our employees.
