Job Description:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize daily social media content (threads, videos, posts…).
  • Work on vertical campaigns (e.g. AI for Finance, Citizens, Education…).
  • Edit short-form content.
  • Use AI tools to develop comms and innovate content for social media.
  • Write for various channels and platforms.
  • Contribute to Mistral AI’s social media strategy and execute it in NA.
  • Engage with our customers to co-create content about our successes and contribute to our thought leadership efforts (e.g., customizable AI, open models…).
  • Track the performance of your work (e.g engagement rates, lead generation…).
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather key information in a fast-paced environment and ensure cross-functional coordination.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in social media and digital content (B2B tech/AI preferred) with proven business impact.
  • AI Skills: Ability to generate videos and content with AI tools, ability to Vibe Code, ability to build measurement processes with AI tools.
  • Video Editing Skills: Experience filming & editing videos, adding social friendly captions and subtitles for social media clips, identifying stock b-roll and weaving into short form videos.
  • Strong writing abilities: Ability to write well for posts, scripts, and other formats.
  • Experience in managing relationships with influencers (e.g brief, contract, KPIs…).
  • Experience in managing a budget.
  • Full-funnel mindset: Ability to tie social metrics to pipeline.
  • AI/tech fluency: Ability to simplify complex topics (e.g., LLMs, open-source models) for diverse audiences.
