We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to help maintain high standards across our growing short-term rental portfolio. Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, five-star experience, and we’re looking for team members who take pride in quality work and attention to detail.

We currently manage properties throughout Independence, Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, and Overland Park, so reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned properties is required.

This position involves cleaning and preparing short-term rental homes between guest stays to ensure every property is fully refreshed, stocked, organized, and guest-ready before check-in.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
  • Change bed linens and make beds according to company standards
  • Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels and linens as needed
  • Clean and put away dishes
  • Empty trash and replace trash bags
  • Restock guest supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee supplies, etc.)
  • Ensure homes are organized, staged properly, and guest-ready
  • Complete cleaning checklists for each property
  • Notify management of damages, missing items, maintenance issues, or supply shortages
  • Take photos after cleanings when requested
  • Help maintain consistent quality standards across all properties
  • Occasionally assist with same-day turnovers and busy turnover schedules
