Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive experience creating high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with the ability to scale edits to longer-form content as needed. You understand what drives engagement on social media, from strong hooks and pacing to trend-aware, platform-native storytelling and bring an experimental, creator-first mindset to your work. You have a strong eye for visual design and know how to craft edits that feel intentional, engaging, and built for growth.
