Mav Consulting Group is a Zoho Authorized Partner and AI agent builder serving commercial real estate companies. We have three vertical CRM applications — property management, construction, and capital raising — along with turnkey demos and AI-powered extensions for sales, marketing, and integrations including RingCentral and Mailchimp.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Zoho Developer with 8+ years of experience to own the design and delivery of custom CRM applications, automated workflows, and third-party integrations across our platform.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build custom Zoho CRM solutions including modules, pipelines, page layouts, automations, and Blueprints for property management and CRE workflows
  • Develop Zoho applications that extend CRM functionality for vertical-specific use cases
  • Write and maintain Deluge scripts for custom functions, scheduled automations, and cross-app logic
  • Build and manage API integrations with RingCentral, Twilio, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and proprietary lead sources
  • Develop backend components in Node.js and Python to support platform features
  • Integrate AI agent pipelines using Claude and OpenAI for voice, chatbot, and data enrichment workflows
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing systems across client deployments
  • Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions without needing someone to hold your hand
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Zoho or Salesforce development experience
  • Deluge scripting and Zoho CRM customization
  • Zoho Creator app development
  • REST and SOAP API experience including webhooks and third-party integrations
  • Backend development in Node.js or Python
  • JavaScript proficiency
  • SQL, SOQL, and SOSL query experience
  • Git and version control
  • Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce background with strong architecture and scalability experience
  • Zoho Certified Developer or any Salesforce certification
  • AI and LLM workflow integration experience using Claude or OpenAI
  • Experience with n8n or other automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Twilio, RingCentral, or Mailchimp integrations
  • Motivated to grow with a US-based company
