Excellent communication skills a must and should be able to effectively explain general property risk management concepts to prospective clients and internal business groups. The prospect will be expected to travel anywhere between 40 - 50% of the time primarily in the U.S.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: helvetica;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Duties:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">The successful applicant should be familiar with the following:</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Assembly of Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposure (COPE) Data.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Brokerage submission information</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Data assembly</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Summary documents</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Broker renewal support</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Attendance & participation at carrier meetings</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Vendor management</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Recommendation review & analysis</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Complete property risk control surveys and develop property underwriting reports for a variety of occupancies:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Conduct Nat Cat surveys and populate primary and secondary modeling characteristics for modeling.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Review of available data to determine natural catastrophe exposure at client locations. Use of available online tools to analyze flood exposures in accordance with NIFP and FEMA guidelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Coordination of vendor RFPs</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Knowledge of B&M Jurisdictional inspection requirements</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Development and review of Maximum Foreseeable (MFL), Probable Maximum (PML) and Normal Loss (NLE) estimates.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Hazards associated with a variety of occupancies including manufacturing, warehousing, soft occupancies, etc.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Problem solving using the application of Client Standards, NFPA, FM Global or other best practices to resolve technical fire protection issues.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: helvetica;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience and professional designations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">3 to 10 years with a Highly Protected Risk insurance carrier or vendor.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Technically proficient in understanding, interpreting, and applying NFPA and/or FM Global standards; and, evaluating fire protection systems (automatic sprinklers, special extinguishing systems, etc.)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Ideal candidate is self-sufficient, organized, and has good written and oral communication skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Must be physical fit and able to climb ladders and stairs and transition to and from ladders or stairs to access building roof areas and upper or lower floors within a customer site during surveys.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;">Ability to work from home.</span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"> </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica; color: black;">For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica; color: black;"><span style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><em>Aon is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms for this position.
