Our goal is to provide solutions for our customers that help them achieve critical business outcomes, while enabling our GAPSters and our communities to attain long-term success.</p><p><strong>Summary</strong> </p><p>We are seeking an Advanced Data Analysis professional to manage the health and day-to-day operations of our digital tracking infrastructure. In this role, you will be the primary steward of our Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 configurations while playing a critical role in the migration and maintenance of our new Adobe Analytics platform. Working closely with Software Engineering and Product teams, you will ensure that tracking is accurate, resilient, and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who enjoys hands-on tagging, troubleshooting, and supporting product optimization through A/B testing.</p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related technical field.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Professional Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation, technical marketing operations, or web analytics</p></li><li><p>Proven experience working within a software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence</p></li><li><p>Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical tagging specifications</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage and optimize GTM containers and GA4 property configurations to ensure absolute data integrity</p></li><li><p>Support the technical configuration of Adobe Analytics (via Adobe Launch/Data Collection) based on engineering and product requirements</p></li><li><p>Deploy tracking pixels and events for marketing and product initiatives, assisting in dual-tagging efforts during the transition to Adobe Analytics</p></li><li><p>Translate product requirements into technical tagging specifications and maintain the Solution Design Reference (SDR)</p></li><li><p>Partner with Product teams to implement, instrument, and validate A/B test tracking using tools like Adobe Target, LaunchDarkly, and ContentSquare</p></li><li><p>Perform rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all new tags and conduct regular audits to resolve tagging errors</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Technical Skills</strong> </p><p>Strong experience in several of the following areas:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Analytics Platforms:</strong> Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration and reporting</p></li><li><p><strong>Tag Management:</strong> Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch (Data Collection) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)</p></li><li><p><strong>Frontend Web Technologies:</strong> Strong ability to read and write JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom tracking and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p><strong>Debugging Tools:</strong> Mastery of browser developer tools and Tag Assistant</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Web SDK</p></li><li><p>Understanding of Event-Driven Data Layers (EDDL) and JSON schemas</p></li><li><p>Experience implementing and managing privacy-compliant tracking solutions</p></li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Advanced English proficiency</p></li><li><p>Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical troubleshooting skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent cross-functional communication abilities to bridge the gap between Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams<br></p></li></ul><p><em>At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
