Shift:
40 hours per week (8 hours per day) / Monday - Saturday 5 AM - 6 PM EST;
Flexibility Required:
Must be able to work a flexible 8-hour shift within the operating hours above to support business needs.

Summary:
HCL services a wide variety of brands and services by bringing quality Customer Service to the experience of our target market for each Team and Brand you as a Customer Service Agent represents. Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, live chat, and social media monitoring (internal and external). Examples of contact types would include, but are not limited to account management, general queries, placing orders, reporting adverse events, and special situations. Product description, trouble inquires.
Program Hire Requirements:
Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service focused work history. Must be self-directed and able to work independently, demonstrate good problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, in addition to multi-tasking skills as there are a number of computer programs involved in the handling of calls and need to be comfortable with quickly navigating, and talking and typing simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits Min Pay Rate:
$28,080 per year (or $13.50 per hour)
Max Pay Rate:
