Our Commercial team works closely with our Customer Success team to support organizations over up to 1000 employees to optimize their employee experience. We create a world class sales experience through thoughtful and ongoing discovery, bespoke demos, building broad and diverse customer relationships, excellent project management, solution and value creation.<br><br>Culture Amp is a fast growing company with a continually evolving product and market, so if you are adaptable, consultative and a team player who wants to make the world a better place, then this is the role for you!<br><br>Along with your team…<br><br><strong><em>You will <br><br></em></strong><ul><li>Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound calling, emailing, and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Follow-up on opportunities generated by attending People Geekups and other company events</li><li>Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close and communicate any challenges or wins to the team</li><li>Gain an understanding of the prospective customer's pain points and educate on Culture Amp’s value, highlighting our differentiators, effectively demoing the product over video conference, and guiding them through the sales process</li><li>Co-create a solution and business case to enable stakeholders across the business to advocate for and adopt Culture Amp</li><li>Work closely with our Customer Success Team, to achieve sales goals; Collaborate with delivery team members to support and set expectations for customers<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><em>You have <br><br></em></strong><ul><li>2+ years of closing experience</li><li>Proven track record of success in a closing sales role (ideally within the HR field &/or SaaS)</li><li>Experience selling solutions to Executives across industries</li><li>Experience forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities</li><li>Experience and drive to build 50% of pipeline by sourcing your own opportunities</li><li>Experience selling to Commercial sized organizations (up to 1000 employees<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><em>You are<br><br></em></strong><ul><li>A team player who views selling in Commercial as a team sport</li><li>Driven and motivated by helping clients solve their toughest problems </li><li>Focused on pipeline creation and creating urgency with prospects </li><li>A master of your craft and driven by continuous learning and development<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Please be advised: The OTE Split for this role is 60/40.<br><br></strong><strong>For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below.
