The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and building upon existing and newly designated business relationships with Company clients. Responsibilities... • Assignment Intake – Confirming of all incoming Client assignments and the subsequent collaboration with Operations Managers in assignment handling. • Client Communication – Responsible for all communication on assignments for designated Accounts, including but not limited to delivery of case updates, reports, and invoices. • Account Management – Conducting face to face visits with designated accounts, attending and participating in sales presentations and education seminars. • Business Development – Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, attend and exhibit at industry related conferences and identify prospective prospects to assist with the sales teams’ efforts. Specific Measures of Success - Top Priorities within 180 Days • Growth of Overall Book of Business (Designated Accounts). 8% Annual Growth being the benchmark. • High Level Responses / Results of Potential Client Satisfaction Surveys – specific measurement to be determined • Obtain a high-level of achievement on reviews and feedback from the VP of Account Management as it pertains to cooperation with the Operations team and satisfactory resolution of identifying and solving client concerns. Specific measurement to be determined Credentials • Strong organizational skills • Creative thinker • Strong written and oral communication skills • Inspires followership • At least 4 years of experience in insurance claims (worker’s compensation is preferred) • At least 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or related sales field • At least 3 years of experience in a special investigative unit capacity with heavy concentration in surveillance vendor management • Self-motivated • Clean criminal & driving history • Private Investigator or Private Detective Licensing must be met/maintained • Up to 50% travel required Apply Job!
