We are seeking an experienced SendGrid Administrator to manage an email campaign for a small town political initiative. The project involves sending out 6000 emails effectively and ensuring high deliverability rates. The candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and be able to provide insights on optimizing our campaign. Skills include Twilio SendGrid account creation. Domain authentication. SPF setup. DKIM setup. DMARC setup. Unsubscribe management. Bounce management. Import of 6,000 resident emails. Add client PNG Template to email. Up to 8 campaign emails per month. Monitor deliverability. Track analytics. Maintain suppression lists. If you are skilled in using SendGrid and have experience with political or community-focused campaigns, we would love to hear from you! Must have knowledge of CNN-SPAM United States requirements. Must manage op-out requests. Seek setup for SendGrid (Now Twilio) for my political campaign. Need usual Analytics reports. Ability to create segmentated email lists from addresses is preferable. Candidate will write emails and rely on Administrator to get the emails out to recipients on continually refined mailing lists. All accounts shall be opened in client's name and remain under the client's ownership. At end of campaign, transfer all credentials, templates, databases to client, and provide full training session to client.
