Job description:<br><br> Job Description <p><strong>SAP Practioner– CPG/Apparel/Retail/Merchandising/Fashion Location US</strong></p> <p>The SAP Director will drive SAP opportunities from qualification, solutioning, client presentations through negotiation and closure.</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong>  </p> <ul> <li>The SAP Sales practitioner will drive SAP opportunities from qualification, solutioning, client presentations through negotiation and closure. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>At least 10+ years of SAP solutioning and services selling; proven experience in shaping and solutioning a mix of SAP deals (S/4H, Cloud migration, AMS, Testing, LOB solutions (S/4 Fashion, SAP AFS, and SAP IS‑Retail, Ariba, IBP, SF and BTP). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Industry alignment in a mix of <strong>Apparel, CPG, Supply Chain, Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory Optimization, sectors. </strong></li> </ul> <ul> <li>In-depth experience in SAP’s product ecosystem and industry specific solutions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven track record in SAP OB/TCV quota carrying roles with similar sized system integrators. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Hands on sales practitioner role to focus on key accounts and serve internal sector/market unit teams.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Solid storyboarding story telling, PowerPoint and excel skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Serve as single point of contact for opportunity qualification, building of end-to-end solution, pricing and consultative SAP selling initiatives. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience managing industry sector and specific accounts preferred (<strong>Merchandising/Fashion</strong>) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Generate and execute opportunities, interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, SAP discovery conversations, SAP solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to hunt new and farm existing accounts for SAP opportunities. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems. Able to listen and analyze a client’s requirements, create, and present to a compelling SAP solution and business value message.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>In-depth understanding of SAP’s current and roadmap product capabilities, industry specific solutions (Digital manufacturing cloud, SAP ISU, Others) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to own and execute the end-to-end deal from qualification, solution, client presentations and negotiation  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Exposure to SAP delivery, pre-sales or hands on sales roles is preferred. </li> </ul> ͏ <p><strong>In order to be successful in this role, the ideal person will have:</strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>10+ years SAP experience of which at least 3 years as an SAP Sales Practitioner.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understands the latest offerings form SAP – Rise, S/4, LOB solutions (Ariba, SFSF, IBP, S/4 Fashion, SAP AFS, and SAP IS‑Retail.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Has hands on experience in solutioning and presenting various SAP services – Transformation, AMS, Cloud Migration.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understanding of the SAP business in the any of the following: <strong>CPG, Supply Chain, Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory optimization sectors</strong> and the nuances of the sectors, especially around the cloud migration. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Should be a good communicator and have experience of working with offshore presales and solution teams. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> ͏ ͏ ͏ <p>The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00  to $280,000.00.</p><p>Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
