Top Local Development LLC is looking for a motivated, competitive, and people-focused Home Improvement Sales Rep to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys closing deals, building relationships, and getting rewarded for performance.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will receive pre-set appointments so you can spend more time meeting with qualified prospects and closing business. If you are energized by competition, incentives, and performance-based earnings, this role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

In this position, you will earn $150 for every contract signed, with additional opportunities to increase your income through sales competitions, spiffs, bonuses, and performance incentives.

The Opportunity You will serve as a high-impact sales expert, stepping into a role where pre-set daily appointments remove the burden of cold calling. This position allows you to leverage your closing skills within a GAF-certified organization that ranks in the top 5% of Utah contractors. You have the unique opportunity to build a personal team and unlock management-level overrides and bonuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with residential and commercial prospects through company-provided appointments
  • Perform exterior and roofing inspections to identify project opportunities
  • Build trust with customers and present solutions that fit their needs
  • Turn leads into signed contracts through strong communication and follow-up
  • Manage your pipeline and maintain momentum from appointment to close

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute pre-scheduled daily inspections to identify roofing and exterior needs for residential and commercial clients.

  • Advise homeowners through professional roof assessments to guide them toward high-quality material and installation choices.

  • Convert company-provided leads into closed contracts by building trust and delivering detailed value presentations.

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and follow-up schedule to ensure high-velocity movement from lead to project approval.

  • Collaborate with in-house management and insurance specialists to streamline the claims process and project timelines.

  • Cultivate self-generated leads to maximize personal earnings through a 25% profit-sharing commission tier.

  • Develop and mentor a sales team to multiply your income through production overrides and leadership performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in outside sales or in-home sales environments.

  • Proven ability to close high-value residential or commercial exterior projects.

  • Physical capability and willingness to climb ladders and perform on-roof assessments.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep technical knowledge of roofing products, materials, and specialized installation processes.

  • Experience navigating the insurance claims process for home improvement or roofing projects.

  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a commission-driven field.
