HFVCO is hiring a Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Manager in the Industrial Manufacturing industry in Wichita, KS!

Salary: $104k/year

About the Role

This role leads the SIOP process across sales, operations, supply chain, and finance to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial goals. You’ll drive forecasting, inventory strategy, and capacity planning to support service levels and growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly SIOP cycle (Demand, Supply, Pre-SIOP, Executive)
  • Develop and improve SIOP processes, tools, and reporting
  • Build and manage 12–24 month demand forecasts with Sales and Finance
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and demand variability across channels
  • Align production plans with capacity, labor, and equipment constraints
  • Partner with procurement on raw materials and supply risk planning
  • Establish inventory targets and improve turns while maintaining service levels
  • Drive OTIF performance and manage safety stock strategies
  • Provide executive dashboards and scenario modeling for business planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of supply/demand planning experience
  • Experience with SIOP/S&OP and multi-channel distribution
  • Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of inventory, capacity planning, and financial alignment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; MBA, CPIM, CSCP, or Lean/Six Sigma a plus
