You will be the first point of contact for new prospects at Bidgely, owning top-of-funnel execution from outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up to event-based pipeline generation. You will work directly with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive consistent, high-quality pipeline that supports Bidgely's revenue goals.</p> <p>If you are hungry, organized, and wired for ownership, this role offers real career growth into an Account Executive or team lead position within a fast-scaling AI company.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for new Bidgely prospects, owning inbound and outbound outreach with a true hunter mindset.</li> <li>Execute disciplined, timely follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads, inbound inquiries, and website traffic, clearly articulating Bidgely's value proposition.</li> <li>Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts, identifying and engaging key stakeholders, and closing for high-quality discovery meetings with the account team.</li> <li>Own event pipeline execution including pre-event outreach, at-event meeting booking, and structured post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.</li> <li>Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead stage management, and data hygiene in Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Salesloft.</li> <li>Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Bidgely's solutions, market landscape, and competitive positioning.</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed individual and team quota targets through grit, accountability, and execution excellence.</li> </ul> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <p>At 6 months:</p> <ul> <li>You are consistently generating qualified meetings and SALs from inbound, outbound, and event-driven outreach.</li> <li>Your activity and follow-up are disciplined and reliable. No leads fall through the cracks.</li> <li>AEs proactively want to work with you because your meetings are well-qualified and well-prepared.</li> <li>You are on pace to hit quota and demonstrating the grit and ownership needed to thrive here.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>At 12 months:</p> <ul> <li>You are a trusted, high-integrity representative of the Bidgely brand.</li> <li>You have built deep product and industry knowledge and engage prospects with credibility and curiosity.</li> <li>You are on a clear path toward an Account Executive or team lead role.</li> </ul> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>6 months to 2 years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.</li> <li>A hunter mindset with strong personal accountability and execution discipline.</li> <li>Demonstrated quota attainment.
