This role focuses on enhancing access and outcomes while maintaining Rancho Physical Therapy’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge assessments • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings • Deliver therapeutic exercise programs, neuromuscular re-education, patient education, and other virtual interventions • Motivate and engage patients to improve adherence and outcomes through remote care • Accurately document all sessions, communications, and interventions within our integrated EMR system • Collaborate with onsite clinicians for patients seen virtually at physical locations • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and program development initiatives • Stay informed on evolving telehealth guidelines, payer policies, and best practices Qualifications • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in one or more of the following states California, Mississippi, Wyoming, Massachusetts (REQUIRED) • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred) • 3+ years of clinical experience (REQUIRED) • Experience in an ORTHOPEDIC environment (REQUIRED) • Telehealth experience (REQUIRED) • Proficiency with technology, including EMR systems and video conferencing platforms • Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and time-management skills • Passion for patient-centered care and expanding access through virtual delivery models Technical Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet connection • HIPAA-compliant, private workspace • Computer with audio visual capabilities • Noise Cancelling headphones Job Type: Part-time or Contract Pay: Starting at $40.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Hours: Must commit to at least 10 hours per week Monday through Friday (daytime hours) Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Contract Pay: From $40.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Do you have experience providing virtual/telehealth (audio+video) Physical Therapy?
