The Performance Marketing Lead is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels to drive business objectives and vendor revenue. Responsibilities Own the revenue targets for the specific business and is held accountable to driving vendor revenue and category business results, while also contributing to overall business growth goals Accurately and effectively manage the specific category account revenue pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources Collaborate with data & analytics partners to measure the impact of Performance Marketing solutions on the business and specific brands Work cross-functionally on the e-commerce search ecosystem from platform and fundamentals to data, insights and reporting Work with media planning systems and tools such as Adobe, Google, Criteo, Dunn Humby, Spark, Catalina or a similar ad serving/data analytics platform as well as potential 3rd party advertising platforms Create and deliver consultative presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and expertise in Meijer Media Performance Marketing solutions Act as the key contact for annual planning for specific accounts to program level strategies Forecast and secure media placements where needed, building the media recommendations and insights based on media campaign performance Responsible for category specific campaign set-up and analysis execution, testing, delivery, QA, reporting, and analysis Authorship and inputs for vendor brand campaign proposals as it relates to search marketing, digital on site, social, programmatic off-site, or in store marketing activities Present strategic recommendations based on the business and vendor brand key objectives to buyers and vendors, through compelling and effective guidance on specific media tactics and creative inputs Skills Minimum Bachelor's degree Has strong initiative to drive business results Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills Utilize strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts fluidly and cross functionally Requires the need to understand upper funnel [brand messaging, calls to action] and lower funnel [direct response, conversion] campaign tactics Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills along with cross company and partner collaboration skills.
