As a Sales/Service Professional, you will help grow our local Farmers agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities

  • Service existing insurance customers with payments and policy questions
  • Generate new business through cross selling and leads
  • Help protect customers by offering Farmers products that will meet their needs
  • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
  • Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience

Job Qualifications

  • Property & Casualty License (preferred, not required)
  • Insurance Customer Service and Sales experience (preferred, not required)
  • Confident, motivated individual
  • Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications
  • Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
