Job Title: Greenhouse Integration Developer (Greenhouse / Oracle HCM / Job Portals) Location: Remote (USA Preferred)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Employment Type: W2

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced EMP Trust HR Integration Developer with strong expertise in Greenhouse ATS, Oracle HCM Cloud, and job portal integrations

. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting integrations across HR systems, onboarding platforms, and external job boards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with

HR onboarding solutions (EMP Trust), ATS platforms (Greenhouse), and Oracle HCM , along with strong integration development skills using APIs, file-based integrations, and middleware tools.

Key Responsibilities EMP Trust & HR Integration

  • Design, develop, and support integrations between EMP Trust onboarding platform and enterprise HR systems.
  • Configure and maintain onboarding workflows, document management, and employee data synchronization.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between onboarding, ATS, and HRIS systems.
Greenhouse (ATS) Integration
  • Develop and support integrations with Greenhouse ATS, including:

  • Candidate data synchronization

  • Offer and onboarding workflows
  • Interview and hiring pipeline data flows
  • Work with Greenhouse APIs, webhooks, and data feeds to integrate with downstream systems.
  • Customize and enhance Greenhouse workflows to align with business requirements.

Oracle HCM Integration
  • Build and support integrations between Greenhouse / EMP Trust and Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding).

  • Work with
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader) for employee data loads
  • HCM Extracts for outbound data
  • REST/SOAP APIs for real-time integrations
  • Ensure accurate employee lifecycle data flow from hiring to onboarding to HR system.

Job Portal Integrations
  • Integrate ATS systems (Greenhouse) with major job portals, including:

  • LinkedIn

  • Indeed
  • Other third-party recruiting platforms
  • Support job posting distribution, candidate intake, and tracking integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain job board integrations to ensure consistent candidate flow.
Integration Development & Support
  • Design and develop integrations using:

  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • File-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON)

  • Middleware tools (OIC preferred)
  • Implement data mapping, transformations, and validation logic.
  • Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues related to:

  • Data mismatches

  • Failed transactions

  • API connectivity errors
Testing & Deployment
  • Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments of integration solutions.
  • Prepare and execute test cases for integrations across HR systems.
  • Participate in cutover and go-live activities.
Production Support & Enhancements
  • Provide post go-live support for integrations and onboarding systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Continuously enhance integration performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • EMP Trust onboarding platform
  • Greenhouse ATS (API/webhooks integration)
  • Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR / Recruiting / Onboarding)

  • Strong experience with

  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • JSON / XML data formats
  • File-based integrations
  • Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle integration tools (OIC preferred)
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
