Responsibilities

  • Design databases based on client needs
  • Implement databases within Airtable, some custom scripting with javascript may be required
  • Implement business automations within Zapier/Make
  • Implement integrations with other tools that the client that may be using
  • Accessing APIs to pull and push data to other software tools
  • Use various integration and add on tools to configure forms, portals, and reporting dashboards
  • Work in a team environment to deliver projects
  • Manage the projects and lead client discussions
  • Prepare sales and promotional presentations
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify, contact, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders in the client’s company
  • Build our brand equity by delivering high quality work and effective support for clients
  • Train clients on how to use their systems, answer technical questions, and create documentation for client projects
