We are seeking a highly motivated Atlassian Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our Atlassian product and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Atlassian’s suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other ecosystem products, with a proven track record in technology sales. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong technical acumen and experience in enterprise software sales.




Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Atlassian solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored Atlassian solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Provide expert knowledge and demonstrations of Atlassian products, showcasing how they can improve team collaboration, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and channel partners to create compelling sales campaigns.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on Atlassian product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Work with procurement teams to navigate enterprise-level sales processes, contracts, and pricing negotiations.


  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in technology/software sales, preferably with a focus on Atlassian products.
  • Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian ecosystem tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence decision-makers at various levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITSM practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.


  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Atlassian certifications or strong hands-on experience with Atlassian tools.
  • Background in IT consulting, SaaS sales, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working with Atlassian Solution Partners or resellers.
  • A strong network in the Agile, DevOps, or ITSM communities.
