Relocation assistance not available for this role.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Review and assess proposed product performance claims against industry, regulatory, and company requirements in an unbiased, professional manner.</p></li><li><p>Validate claimed product features and benefits by analyzing technical substantiation such as clinical studies, technical data sheets, and testing reports.</p></li><li><p>Guide vendors on required claim support and ensure final approved claims align with the level of substantiation provided.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Legal to keep approved claims compliant with FTC requirements, truth-in-advertising standards, and expected customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance, training, and root-cause-driven CAPA support to resolve recurring claim issues and strengthen stakeholder knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Track vendor and process performance to identify trends and drive corrective actions and QA process improvements that increase efficiency and speed to market.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You'll Bring</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Strong experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting complex technical documents, clinical studies, and large data sets to assess product performance claims, with a strong beauty background preferred.</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of performance claim substantiation methods, industry standards, and regulatory requirements including FTC, FDA, CPSC, and Prop 65.</p></li><li><p>Solid background in quality or technical environments, with 5+ years of experience applying quality standards and understanding how product claims and features impact customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Technical certification or relevant degree preferred, ideally in the physical or natural sciences</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-SH1</p></div><div></div><p></p><p>Our <b>Total Rewards</b> package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
