We trust our team members to balance their work priorities with time off, and we offer as much flexibility as we can in setting work schedules with everyone. Parental leave is also supported under our unlimited PTO policy and handled on a case-by-case basis. We do ask that employees enjoy this benefit responsibly and work closely with their manager and colleagues to ensure that time taken does not negatively impact the business and our clients.</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;"><strong>Holidays: </strong>In addition to offering all members of our team unlimited PTO, Camelot closes business on the following U.S. Federal Holidays:</p> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0px;"> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">New Year’s Day</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Washington’s Birthday</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Memorial Day</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Juneteenth</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Independence Day</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Labor Day</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Columbus Day (Indigenous Peoples Day)</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Veteran’s Day</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Thanksgiving Day</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Christmas</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0in; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;">Note that Camelot enthusiastically supports folks of all faiths, religions, and creeds and allows our team to swap out religious federal holidays with their religious (or non-religious) holidays of choice, where relevant.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;"> </p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face', serif;"><strong>Connectivity Stipend: </strong>All full-time personnel will receive a monthly non-taxable stipend of $150 added to their pay.
