You'll lead cross-functional planning and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success-ensuring every launch is well-coordinated, clearly messaged, and meaningfully distributed.<br><br>We're looking for someone who thrives on both sides of the PMM brain: highly organized and deadline-driven, but also creative and strategic-someone who loves translating product capabilities into stories that resonate, and mapping how those stories show up across every touchpoint.<br><strong><strong>Who will love this job</strong></strong><br><ul><li>A <strong>launch operator </strong>- You love taking a launch from idea to execution, wrangling timelines, aligning teams, and hitting go.</li><li>A <strong>messaging strategist </strong>- You enjoy distilling product value into clear, differentiated messaging that works across internal and external audiences and channels.</li><li>A <strong>cross-channel thinker</strong> - You naturally think about how a story carries through across lifecycle emails, social, in-app, the website, sales assets, and beyond.<br>A <strong>great communicator and collaborator</strong> - You work well with stakeholders across functions and can keep a team moving forward.<br>A <strong>curious learner </strong>- You ask questions, reflect on what's working, and iterate to get better every time.</li></ul><strong><strong>What you'll do</strong></strong><br><ul><li>Drive project management of our product marketing efforts, including quarterly product package launches, monthly newsletters, roadmap webinars, and monthly Sales and CS enablement sessions.</li><li>Lead GTM planning and execution for launches-owning timelines, stakeholder alignment, and deliverables.</li><li>Contribute to messaging frameworks that position our products in a clear, compelling, and differentiated way.</li><li>Help shape integrated campaign strategies, ensuring launches are aligned across marketing channels and connected to broader GTM priorities.</li><li>Create enablement content, including monthly CGS sessions, product launch materials, and roadmap sessions to support Sales and CS in understanding and promoting releases.</li><li>Measure launch performance, gather feedback, and refine our approach to bringing products to market. You will focus on adoption, usage, and internal readiness rather than broader commercial outcomes.</li></ul><strong><strong>You should have</strong></strong><br><ul><li>3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.</li><li>A track record of successfully launching products and managing complex cross-functional projects.</li><li>Ability to build detailed launch plans, coordinate timelines, run GTM checklists, and keep cross-functional teams on track.</li><li>You thrive in launch countdowns, with an ability to prioritize and drive to delivery under pressure.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different channels and personas.</li><li>Experience partnering with sales and creating enablement content that drives impact.</li><li>An understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and how PMM fits into the broader GTM ecosystem.</li><li>Your own unique talents! Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.<br><br>Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave.
