Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding support team as Online Chat Support Executives. In this fully remote position, you will provide real-time chat assistance to customers, ensuring fast and accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer queries via live chat, email, and web-based platforms.

  • Resolve product or service-related questions efficiently and accurately.

  • Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate teams.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and product offerings.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, service features, and system updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Excellent written English communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using chat systems, email platforms, and cloud-based support tools.

  • Ability to multitask between different customer conversations and tools.

  • Calm and composed demeanor, especially under pressure or when dealing with challenging customers.

  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is preferred but not required.

  • Freshers and entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available: Day, Evening, and Weekend rotations.

  • Full-time: 35–40 hours per week.
