Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to bring digital storytelling to life through animation and video content. In this role, you will develop visually stunning motion graphics and animated elements for digital campaigns, product videos, social media, websites, and client presentations. You will collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences that engage and inspire audiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and animate original motion graphics, animated logos, explainer videos, transitions, and video content.

  • Create visually compelling storyboards, design layouts, and animation sequences based on creative briefs.

  • Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion graphics into video projects seamlessly.

  • Work with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.

  • Adapt motion design for various formats, including web, mobile, and social media platforms.

  • Edit and enhance raw video footage by adding visual effects, animation overlays, and transitions.

  • Maintain an organized library of templates, assets, and project files for easy access and future reuse.

  • Stay current with motion design trends, animation styles, and digital tools to continually innovate and elevate content.

  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality or creativity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Strong understanding of 2D motion graphics, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

  • Ability to conceptualize and storyboard animations from scratch.

  • Familiarity with video compression, format specifications, and digital delivery standards.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Strong visual portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar creative role.

  • Experience working with creative teams or within digital agencies is preferred.

  • Exposure to working with international clients or remote teams is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with project-based deliverables.

  • Availability for occasional virtual team meetings in common time zones (IST/EU/US overlap preferred).
