<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Who We Are<br><br></strong>Shady Grove Orthopedics, an Aligned Orthopedic Partners Company, is a prominent multi-subspecialty orthopedic and spine private practice in Rockville, MD is developing an in-house Medical Scribe Program and is looking to hire multiple individuals interested in learning how to become a Medical Scribe. We’ve built a team that others can be proud to be a part of and this is how we consistently maintain high employee morale.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong>The Scribe with speed and accuracy will assist the orthopedic physician by accompanying him during daily office visits to record all aspects of the encounter based on the requisite level of coding, and by generating a master electronic document that entails the office visit's details. The scribe does indirectly perform come patient care as they are documenting within the formal medical record.<br><br>Candidates will participate in a formal training program with an experienced orthopedic scribe, first learning basic medical terminology and then spending time learning and understanding the components of a basic orthopedic medical note.
