The company offers strong exposure to high-impact client work, a culture of ownership and growth, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a scaling team.</p><p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>In this role, you’ll own paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of 2-3 accounts, working alongside our designers and account managers. You’ll set the direction on each account - campaign architecture, budget pacing, daily optimization, and performance review, while staying close to the numbers to make informed calls.</p><p>This role reports directly to the Media Buyer Manager.<br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts, and launch campaigns on time with zero errors.</p></li><li><p>Develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, and performance targets.</p></li><li><p>Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with designers to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign concepts.</p></li><li><p>Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.</p></li><li><p>Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other platforms to enhance research, reporting, creative ideation, and campaign execution.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance, opportunities, and challenges.</p></li><li><p>By Day 90, you’ll be expected to independently execute campaigns and manage multiple accounts at target performance.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to Shopify based e-commerce brands.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Regular experience using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Availability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday)<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Good to Have:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Experience with AI-powered creative generation tools such as Higgsfield or Canva AI.</p></li><li><p>Basic video editing experience using CapCut or similar platforms.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CRO concepts</p></li></ul><p><strong>Our Hiring Process:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Initial Screening (30 mins): </strong>Introductory conversation with the recruiter to assess role fit.</p></li><li><p><strong>Recorded Introduction (1–2 mins): </strong>Short recorded video of your introduction.</p></li><li><p><strong>Client Discovery Call (15 mins):</strong> Initial conversation with the client to explore role fit.</p></li><li><p><strong>Assessment:</strong> Case study assignment to evaluate problem solving skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Final Interview (30 mins):</strong> In-depth interview with the hiring manager for final evaluation.</p></li><li><p><strong>Background Check & Offer: </strong>Complete<strong> </strong>background check and receive offer letter.</p></li></ul>
